WHO IS DERATECH ?

DERATECH is specialized in the design, development, production, sales and service from sheet-metal working machines. The mother company is located in Waasmunster, Belgium. From here new developments are directed as well as final assembly, testing and after-sales service-support takes place.

The design and production department is located in the 17.000 square meter size sister company in Shanghai – SHANGHAI DERATECH CNC MACHINE TOOL CO where a team of 300 highly skilled people are employed.

DERATECH has several own sales- and service departments amongst them in Germany, Thailand, Australia, China. DERATECH machines are also distributed worldwide via an ever-expanding dealer network.

WHAT DOES DERATECH ?

DERATECH specializes in CNC-controlled shears, press-brakes, folding machnes, CNC-turret punching machines and fiber-laser-cutting machines.

DERATECH’s vision is to bring high-quality machines on the market at an acceptable price, without sacrificing the quality of the parts and components. Only Western European top components are used in the assembly such as hydraulic valves from Hoerbiger and Bosch-Rexroth, Trelleborg hydraulic seals, Voith hydraulic pumps, RSF Elektronik (Heidenhain) linear measuring scales, Schneider electrical components, CNC controllers from Delem, Cybelec or ESA, crowning tables and clamping systems from Wila, LazerSafe safety light curtains.

We also resolutely give 10-year guarantee on every machine frame. After all, every frame has been treated by heat-annealing to make it completely stress-free.
